First Congregational Church of Torrington

The First Congregational Church offers a variety of ways to learn more about God and our relationship with Him through Bible Studies. We believe that the Word of God is our source for direction in Christian living. Through proper study we can grow to be more like Christ.	On Monday evenings at 7PM we meet in the fellowship hall for a Bible Study for all who want a better understanding of the Word of God. The study is officiated by Pastor Steve and usually consists of reading the scripture and then discussing that scripture. We chose various books from the Bible to study.
We will be starting our couples Bible Study entitled, Marriage Built to Last, on the second Sunday of March following church service. This Study will challenge couples in the small group to live intentionally and to love Biblically. This is a six week video based study for those just married, remarried or looking to strengthen their marriage.
